Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM) offers specialized education in massage therapy techniques at campuses in Syracuse and Rochester, New York.
OSTM offers students a strong support system, both while you are attending school and after graduation. We offer tutoring and review classes for students who may need extra support, as well as study skills classes at the start of your program, and part way through your program. Our alumni participate in reunions, continuing education courses, and have access to job postings and client referrals through OSTM.
Our students can take the New York State Board exam within six weeks of graduating.
Our curriculum meets the 1,000-hour New York state requirements for massage therapy licensing. You can take classes in anatomy and physiology, myology, pathology, neurology, and hygiene, while you learn massage techniques that include Eastern massage, Swedish massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage and more!

This program can help you complete school and begin a new career in massage therapy in less than a year.

After completing these courses, you can advance to hands-on training and clinic practice. Classes are taken in the morning (or afternoon in high demand), Monday through Friday, as well as 1-2 Saturdays each month.

The evening program is available if you'd like to work during the day, and train for a new career at night! It is also a option for those who are interested in studying massage therapy at a slower pace.
