Midway College can provide educational opportunities for men and women who wish to continue their education. Many programs are offered in an accelerated format where students can attend class one evening per week or online anytime. The main campus (Midway) day program still operates as Kentucky’s only women’s college and provides a learning and living opportunity for women seeking their Associate or Bachelor's degrees.

Midway College's four pillar program areas are - Business, Equine, Nursing, and Teacher Education. The college grants Associate, Bachelor's and Master's degrees in more than 30 majors.
